Round faces can be difficult to cut for, What kind of round is your face,,, like seriously round or just full cheeks?
Find a celebrity with the same face shape as you, or a few of them, and follow the general styles that they do.
Consider the fact that celebrities tend to pay a lot for thier cuts, and ususally always get what will look good for them and their face shape... That and you are getting a 500$ concept cut for what?? 15.00, Sounds like a deal to me.
First thing though, I have a round-ish face (Mainly forhead), and I keep bangs and tend to have the hair around my face NOT framed. You don't want to close off your face, If that makes sense. Id say keep with bangs, don't frame your face too much, go straight around the face... Keep it about shoulder length, and add a few layers around the bottom (3-6 inches of the bottom, depending upon how much hair you have) that way a pony looks good and you can also style it down.)
