Need good medium length hairstyles.?

ok i have hair thats about 3 inches below my shoulders,its wavy but i straighten it[or at least try] its naturally blonde i need maybe scene styles with choppy layers i really want to keep my length though.i also have bangs that fall to the right side of my face.


please help/Need good medium length hairstyles.?
maintain the length but give the outer part some bob
