Medium-length hairstyle for a girl with dirty blonde to light brown hair?

What are some good medium-length haircuts for a girl to get. She has dirty blonde/light brownish hair. Her hair is naturally wavy, dry, bushy, and frizzy. Should she do bangs? She has brown eyes, full lips and not a long face, but not a round face. Not sure if any of this helps but hopefully it does. Please include pictures if you can.
